We work closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to provide high-quality fabric selections, customized design solutions, and reliable project execution.

Role Description

The Project Designer at Nirantara Fabrics is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. The role involves supporting design development, preparing drawings and layouts, coordinating project details, and helping convert client requirements into clear design and execution documents.

The Project Designer will work closely with internal teams, clients, architects, interior designers, vendors, and installation teams to make sure the design intent is properly understood and executed. Responsibilities include reviewing site measurements, preparing layouts, supporting fabric and material selections, creating basic presentations, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with project coordination and follow-ups.

The candidate may also support social media work when required, such as helping with project photos, design content, basic captions, visual references, and presentation of completed work.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Textile Design, or a related field is beneficial but not compulsory.
• Practical knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar architectural/design tools is required.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design, visualization, presentations, or workflow support is preferred.
• Basic understanding of interiors, materials, measurements, and drawings is preferred.
• Interest or basic experience in social media/content creation will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in textiles, interiors, soft furnishings, architecture, or related project environments will be an advantage.
