Hiring : Global IT Asset ManagerLocation : PuneWork Mode : HybridExperience : 8+ yearsOpen Positions : 2Engagement : Full-timeWe are looking for an experienced Global IT Asset Manager to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets across a large enterprise environment. The role requires strong expertise in IT Asset Management, CMDB governance, ITSM tools, reporting, audit support, vendor coordination, and asset lifecycle management.Key Responsibilities : - Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including acquisition, maintenance, transfer, disposal and refresh.- Develop and maintain an effective asset management plan for the organization.- Ensure high data accuracy and governance within CMDB and ITSM systems.- Update, analyze and refresh CMDB data on a regular basis.- Monitor asset performance, utilization, maintenance cost and downtime.- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards and audit requirements.- Support audit activities through accurate reporting and asset documentation.- Collaborate with internal departments to align asset management practices with business goals.- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.- Manage vendor and supplier relationships for timely and cost-effective asset management.- Drive continuous improvement and stay updated with ITAM best practices.Required Skills : - IT Asset Management / ITAM- Asset Lifecycle Management- CMDB- ITSM tools- IT asset governance- Asset data accuracy and reconciliation- Audit and compliance support- Reporting and analytics- Vendor / supplier management- Stakeholder management- Strong analytical and negotiation skills- Experience in large enterprise / manufacturing / IT environmentsPreferred Skills : - ServiceNow ITAM / ServiceNow CMDB- HAM / SAM exposure- ITIL knowledge- Asset compliance frameworks- Cost optimization- Procurement or contract coordinationCandidate Profile : The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, with strong exposure to CMDB, ITSM tools, asset lifecycle management, governance, reporting and audit support.
