L3 Production Support Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced L3 Production Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation and stability of our applications.

About the Role

• Location: Bangalore (On-site)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of overall experience, with at least 1.5 years specifically in L3 Production Support.
• Compensation: ₹10–12 LPA
• Shift: Rotational Shifts (for 24/7 support)
• Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (for Bangalore-based candidates)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 application and production support.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of tickets and incidents.
• Monitor application health and perform error-log analysis.
• Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on L3 Production Support experience is essential. Profiles with only L1 or L2 support experience will not be considered.
• Hands-on experience with scheduling tools such as AutoSys, Control-M, or similar.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and service delivery.
• Basic SQL knowledge for troubleshooting.
