Business Development Manager

Experience - 2-5 years in Business Development or Account Management cum servicing
Thumbpin is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Gurugram at Thumbpin. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies and ensure high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports for senior management.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to guide business development efforts.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong skills in negotiation, deal structuring, and closing.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
- Strategic thinker with experience in planning and executing growth initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the technology or service industry is a strong advantage.
