Salesforce Administrator Remote

Job Description :We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with up to 2 years of hands-on experience to manage, optimize, and continuously improve our Salesforce ecosystem.In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to ensure:- Clean and well-structured data- Reliable and actionable reporting- Automation that reduces operational friction- A scalable CRM system that supports business growthIf you enjoy building structure, automating workflows, and turning messy CRM usage into clean revenue intelligence, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities :Salesforce Administration :i. Optimize page layouts for usability and efficiencyv. Implement validation rules to enforce data qualityAutomation & Process Optimization :i. Build, maintain, and optimize :a. Salesforce Flowsb. Process Builder and Workflow Rulesc. Approval processesv. Lead routing logicvi. Opportunity stage automationvii. Email alerts and task triggersReporting & Dashboards :i. Create custom reports for:a. Proactively identify inefficiencies and suggest improvementsWhat Were Looking For :Must-Have Requirements :- 0 - 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience- Solid understanding of :i. Salesforce objects and relationshipsii. Validation rulesiii. Reports and dashboardsiv.
