About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact prospective students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
2. Counsel students regarding UG, PG, and study abroad programs based on their academic profile and career goals.
3. Explain Teachwell's courses, entrance exam preparation programs, career counselling, profile building, and admission services.
4. Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through cold calling, workshops, and referrals.
5. Follow up with prospective students regularly until admission closure.
6. Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, webinars, and career guidance meetings.
7. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversations in the CRM.
8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
9. Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing professional guidance.
10. Resolve basic queries related to admissions, fees, batches, scholarships, and course offerings.
11. Maintain high standards of communication, professionalism, and customer service.

Other requirements

1. Graduate or currently pursuing graduation; final-year students may also apply.

2. Experience in telecalling, counselling, customer support, sales, or the education industry is an advantage.

3. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

4. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

5. Strong convincing and counselling skills.

6. Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

7. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

8. Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment.

9. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
