Head of Operations (Plant Head)-Hot Forgings

Hiring: Head – Operations (Forging) Location: North India (Delhi/NCR) | CTC: ₹45–50 LPA Looking for a hands-on Operations Leader with strong experience in forging manufacturing (preferably hot forging) to lead plant operations including production, quality, planning, and maintenance . The candidate should have strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE improvement, Kaizen culture, and productivity enhancement initiatives . Must have proven track record of operational improvements such as improving OEE (15–25%), reducing rejection (30–50%), and reducing manufacturing cost (10–20%). Experience with mid-sized forging companies and promoter-led organizations is highly preferred. Preferred industry: Automotive Forgings / Industrial Forgings / Heavy Engineering / Oil & Gas Forgings.
