Job Title: MIS Manager (Management Information Systems) Location: Asia (Hybrid/Remote) Experience: 7+ years Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced MIS Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of information systems that support business operations and decision-making. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize MIS systems and reporting processes Lead and mentor a team of analysts and IT professionals Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security compliance Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable business insights Drive automation, process improvements, and system enhancements Collaborate with stakeholders for business and technology alignment Requirements: Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred) Strong experience in data management, reporting, and MIS tools Leadership experience managing teams and projects Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
