The HR Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality HR operational support through accurate employee data management, employee and manager assistance, HR compliance administration, and process support. This role serves as the first point of contact for Tier 1 HR inquiries and processes employee transactions in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), maintains employee records, supports compliance programs, and delivers exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions in SuccessFactors Employee Central including hires, rehires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, leaves, and terminations.
• Serve as Tier 1 support for employee and manager inquiries and monitor the “HRA” and “HR Generalist” mailbox.
• Provide standard guidance on HR policies, onboarding, offboarding, and HR systems.
• Create, maintain, and audit employee personnel files and records.
• Support employee acknowledgements, cell phone reimbursements, unemployment claims, and other compliance activities.
• Participate in process improvement, automation, and special HR projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR, HR operations, shared services, or HRIS experience.
• Experience with employee data management and HR systems; SuccessFactors preferred.
• Strong customer service, excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Abiity to work US time zone hours
