About the Company
Zynvixs Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking experienced Operational Recruiters to join our expanding US IT Staffing division. We are a dynamic company looking for dedicated professionals who can independently manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and deliver high-quality candidates to our US-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT Staffing requirements.
- Source candidates through various platforms including job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen and evaluate resumes to match client specifications.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and technical pre-screening.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate tracking records.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing or Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment process.
- Experience working with W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.
- Excellent sourcing skills utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and Monster.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and aligning with US time zones.
- Self-motivated with a drive for unlimited earning opportunities.
