Freelance Evaluator - State PCS (UPPCS), (RAS), (MPPCS) & (BPSC)

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate answer scripts as per the official marking scheme for State PCS Mains examination.

• Review each answer for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the question requirements.

• Provide clear, constructive feedback to help candidates understand their performance.

• Ensure consistency, fairness, and impartiality in the evaluation process.

• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks within defined timelines.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Accuracy in Evaluation: Ensure precise and methodical assessment of answer scripts.

• Consistency and Fairness: Apply uniform standards across all evaluations.

• Quality Feedback: Deliver actionable and meaningful feedback to students.

• Timely Delivery: Complete assigned evaluations within set deadlines.

• Compliance: Adhere strictly to prescribed marking schemes and evaluation guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Cleared State PCS Mains or appeared in the interview stage (English Medium).

• Preferred Qualification: Not mandatory.

• Minimum Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in answer script evaluation.

• Additional Experience: Prior experience as an evaluator or reviewer preferred.

Specific Knowledge & Skills Required

• Thorough understanding of State PCS exam patterns and evaluation criteria.

• Experience in evaluating descriptive answer scripts.

• Subject matter expertise (preferred but optional).

• Familiarity with structured marking schemes and fair review practices.

• Ability to work independently, adhere to deadlines, and adopt new responsibilities.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to academic integrity.
