Clause Play is Hiring Location: Remote, but preferably Bangalore or Delhi, because we do Chai & Chaos Sessions in person, and you should be there. Type: Consulting engagement Experience: 1–2 years Who we are Clause Play is a thought leadership and positioning consultancy for professional services firms. We work with law firms, lawyers, CAs, CS, tax advisors, and healthcare professionals to make their expertise visible. Not louder. Visible. We're a small, sharp team that moves fast, thinks clearly, and doesn't hide behind jargon. The role You'll be joining the founder's core team as someone who sits across content, creative, and communications. Think of it as the person who makes sure the right ideas reach the right people in the right way. Day to day, that looks like: Creating and managing content across platforms (LinkedIn is home base, but not the only stop) Writing copy that sounds like a person, not a prompt Designing creatives like carousels, static posts, and reels that are clean, intentional, and sharp Supporting PR and communications efforts, including but not limited to media outreach, press pitches, speaking and podcast placements Staying plugged into what's happening in the industry and knowing what's worth talking about Working directly with the founder on strategy, storytelling, and creative direction Bringing ideas to the table before being asked Who you are You've spent 1–2 years in some combination of social media, PR, content, or brand communications, ideally in professional services, legal, consulting, or B2B, but we're open if your work is strong You can write well. Not \"ChatGPT-well.\" Actually well. You know the difference between a post that performs and a post that resonates You're comfortable with design tools. Canva, at a minimum, Figma or Adobe Suite is a bonus
