About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Create, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content primarily for Instagram and YouTube Shorts.2. Appear in videos and represent the brand on social media when required.
3. Stay on top of trending formats, audio, memes, and content opportunities.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to develop content around offers rewards, gifts, and customer stories.
5. Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
6. Identify and onboard relevant micro-influencers and content creators.
7. Build and maintain an active creator community that regularly posts about GyFTR and tags the brand.
8. Coordinate gifting, ePay rewards, and campaign execution with creators.
9. Track organic reach, engagement, shares, saves, mentions, and follower growth.
10. Identify content formats that perform well and replicate successful approaches.
