Job Title: E-commerce / Operations Executive Company: Sotbella Location: Noida, Sector 88 Work Mode: Onsite (6 days a week) Joining: Immediate About the Role: Sotbella is seeking an experienced and detail-driven E-commerce / Operations Executive with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations. The role involves overseeing platform performance, streamlining processes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms (website & marketplaces) Oversee order lifecycle: order processing, inventory management, and timely dispatch Ensure accurate and updated product listings, cataloging, and pricing Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth operations Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and plan stock replenishment Handle returns, exchanges, and escalations efficiently Track and analyze KPIs such as sales performance, order fulfillment rates, and returns Work closely with marketing teams to execute online campaigns, sales, and promotions Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce / Operations (preferably in fashion/apparel) Strong knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. Good understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes Proficiency in MS Excel (reporting, data analysis) Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Team player with strong ownership mindset Immediate joiners preferred What We Offer:
