Data Analyst Python, PySpark, SQL (Banking/Financial Services)Professional Summary :Experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Python, PySpark, and SQL, specializing in data analysis, ETL development, and reporting within the Banking and Financial Services domain. Skilled in analyzing large-scale datasets, building data pipelines, creating dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to support business and regulatory requirements. Experienced working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments and ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and optimize SQL queries for large financial datasets.- Build ETL pipelines using Python and PySpark.- Analyze customer, transaction, and operational data to identify business insights.- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau.- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.- Optimize Spark jobs for improved performance.- Support regulatory and compliance reporting initiatives.- Work with data warehouses and distributed data processing frameworks.Preferred Qualifications :- 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics.- Strong SQL and Python programming skills.- Hands-on experience with PySpark and Spark DataFrames.- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an advantage.
