As a telecalling executive at Rydeu Logistics UG, you will have the exciting opportunity to be a key player in our team and help drive our business forward. We are looking for individuals with excellent English proficiency, particularly in spoken communication, to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services and generate leads.
2. Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information about our services clearly and professionally.
3. Schedule appointments for our sales team and follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications with customers in our CRM system.
5. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
6. Continuously improve your knowledge of our services and industry trends to better serve our customers.
7. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
