Technical Architect - ServiceNow+ Generative AI

Design and Development: Responsible for end-to-end design and development of the parent ServiceNow portal and subportals, ensuring implementation in a non-production environment. 2. UI/UX Design: The portal must feature an intuitive and accessible user interface and experience, optimized for both desktop browsers and mobile devices 3. ServiceNow Process Orchestration: All process orchestration must be implemented within ServiceNow, utilizing existing licenses the client has. 4. Functional prototype: The delivered POC must include universal ticketing functionality and AI-driven capabilities tailored to employee-initiated service requests and questions.
