About the job
We are looking for passionate, early-career AI Engineers excited to build production-grade AI systems from the ground up, working closely with our core tech team on real-world challenges.
Key responsibilities: 1. Build and fine-tune CV parsing engines2. Develop intelligent, LLM-based verification workflows
3. Implement applied machine learning and NLP features
4. Optimize data pipelines for scalability and security
Skill(s) required
Artificial intelligence Generative AI Tools LangChain LLM evaluation Machine Learning Natural Language Processing (NLP) Python REST API
Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
1. Comfortable with Python and basic REST API concepts
2. Familiarity with AI/ML or Generative AI is a plus, not mandatory
3. Strong willingness to learn and take ownership
4. 0-1 years of experience (exceptional candidates slightly outside this range are welcome)
5. Working knowledge of Python and REST APIs
6. Familiarity with modern LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) and applied ML
7. Curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn fast
