Job Title : AI Engineering Specialist - JavaEmployment Type : Full-TimeAbout the Role : We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineering Specialist - Java to design and develop scalable, event-driven enterprise platforms capable of handling high-volume, real-time data processing. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java-based microservices architecture, cloud-native development, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.The role will also involve building a future-ready API-first platform architecture that can support integration with Agentic AI and intelligent communication frameworks.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.- Build and support high-throughput, event-driven platforms capable of handling millions of touchpoints and real-time data ingestion.- Develop cloud-native applications and services on AWS infrastructure.- Work with distributed systems and messaging platforms including Kafka, SNS, and SQS.- Design and implement RESTful APIs and API-first architectures for enterprise applications.- Develop scalable containerized applications using Kubernetes and AWS EKS.- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments and release management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, DevOps, Data, and AI teams.- Ensure system reliability, scalability, performance optimization, and observability using monitoring tools such as CloudWatch.- Work with databases and caching technologies including MongoDB and Redis.- Contribute to platform modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.- Support future integration of Agentic AI and intelligent automation frameworks into the platform ecosystem.- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and technical solution discussions.Required Skills : Strong hands-on coding experience in : - Java- Spring BootStrong expertise in AWS services including : - EKS- SNS- SQS- OpenSearch- CloudWatchExperience with : - Kubernetes- Docker- CI/CD pipelines- AWS DevOps practicesHands-on experience with : - Kafka- MongoDB- RedisStrong understanding of : - Event-driven architecture- Microservices architecture- API-first development- Distributed systems- Experience working in high-scale, real-time processing environments.- Exposure to productivity and code generation tools such as Cursor.Preferred Skills : Exposure to : - Azure Data Lake- Databricks- Cross-cloud architectureFamiliarity with : - Agentic AI concepts- LLM frameworks- AI integration architectures- Understanding of scalable AI-ready platform design.Desired Candidate Profile : - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work in fast-paced and collaborative environments.- Strong communication and technical discussion skills.- Passion for cloud-native and AI-enabled platform engineering.- Self-driven individual with strong ownership mindset.Education : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.- Relevant cloud or Java certifications will be an added advantage.
