Location: Bangalore
We are seeking an experienced and driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead our surgical disposables business across the assigned zone. You will drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and manage a high-performing sales team. You will also build strong relationships with key hospital decision-makers. If you have a strong track record in medical device sales, team leadership, and market expansion, we'd love to connect with you.
Lead and manage the sales team
Drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Develop key hospital and channel partnerships.
Build and mentor high-performing sales teams.
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.

Senior sales leadership experience in the Medical Devices / Surgical Sales
Proven experience in team handling and driving business performance.
Strong knowledge of the Bangalore market and key healthcare accounts.
Strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
