We are seeking an experienced Java Trainer with a robust background as a Full-Stack Java Developer or Technical Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive corporate experience and a passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of tech professionals. This is a part-time position, perfect for professionals looking to share their expertise and help trainees gain exposure to real-time projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on Java development, including both core and advanced topics.

Provide practical, hands-on training with real-time projects to enhance trainees' understanding and skills.

Develop and update training materials, including lesson plans, exercises, and project guidelines.

Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their coding skills and problem-solving abilities.

Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure training content is up-to-date.

Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage trainees' growth and development.

Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve the training programs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Full-Stack Java Developer or Technical Manager in a corporate environment.

Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs).

Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Experience in working on real-time projects and the ability to translate this experience into practical training.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
