Senior Proposal Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Proposal Executive with 5+ years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of tenders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors for RFQs, quotations, and required documentation.
• Manage pre-contract activities including documentation, compliance checks, and bid
  submissions
• Prepared pre-qualification documents and floated RFQs to vendors for rate collection and
  comparison.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and project teams.
• Ensure all tender documents are complete and submitted on time.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to client queries when required.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders and proposal documents.
• Monitor tender opportunities through various portals.
• Ensure proposals meet client requirements and company standards.
• Good knowledge of construction tendering and proposal preparation.
• Understanding of BOQs, drawings, and contract documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 yrs experience required.
