- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Build strong relationships with branch managers and bank staff.
- Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Ensure policy documentation, compliance, and customer service.
- Provide after-sales support to customers.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the assigned bank branches.
- Age up to 35 years.
