Qualification: B.Com / B.Com (Hons.)
Preference: Candidates with school/educational institution experience
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the administrative and financial operations of an educational institution.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Manage invoices, payments, expenses, and related documentation.
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
- Work with Tally and MS Excel for accounting-related tasks.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and internal teams when required.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.
Requirements
- B.Com / B.Com (Hons.) or relevant qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally .
- Good knowledge of MS Excel .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with experience in schools or educational institutions will be preferred.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
