Accounts Executive

Role : Accounts Executive – Bengaluru

Experience: 2–3 years

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (CTC)

Location: Bengaluru

Qualification: B.Com / B.Com (Hons.)

Preference: Candidates with school/educational institution experience

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the administrative and financial operations of an educational institution.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
  
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  
• Manage invoices, payments, expenses, and related documentation.
  
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
  
• Work with Tally and MS Excel for accounting-related tasks.
  
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and internal teams when required.
  
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.
  

Requirements

• B.Com / B.Com (Hons.) or relevant qualification.
  
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting.
  
• Hands-on experience with Tally .
  
• Good knowledge of MS Excel .
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Candidates with experience in schools or educational institutions will be preferred.
  
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
