Requirements
Required Skills :
- 2–3 years of experience in team handling and sales , preferably in credit cards, BFSI, fintech, or banking.
- Strong experience in credit card sales and customer acquisition .
- Good knowledge of channel sales and partner/channel network management .
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills .
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage a field sales team effectively.
- Good understanding of market development, lead generation, and competitor activities .
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Sales targets.
- Drive metro card sales through direct, field, and channel-based acquisition.
- Develop and manage channel networks to generate consistent business and expand market reach.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve productivity and sales performance.
- Manage customer/partner relationships and ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end sales process.
- Qualification - Any Graduate/Diploma
- Experience - 2 to 3 Years
