KeyResponsibilities
Counselprospectivestudentsandparentsinperson,overphone,andviaemail/WhatsAppregardingavailablecourses(LL.B, LL.M,DiplomaEngineering,B.Sc.,BBA,BCA,BHM,HospitalManagement,ComputerApplication,Civil,Electrical, Mechanical,Automobile,Telecommunication,FoodandNutrition,Microbiology,Bio-Chemistry,B.Ed.,andHotelManagement).
Explaincoursestructure,eligibilitycriteria,feestructure,scholarships,andcareerprospectsforeachdepartment. Convertinquiriesandleadsintoconfirmedadmissionsbyachievingindividualandteamadmissiontargets.
Followupconsistentlywithprospectivestudentsthroughcalls,messages,andcampusvisits. Maintainandupdatestudentinquiry/leaddata(CRM/Excel/Admissionsoftware)accuratelyandinatimelymanner.
Organizeandparticipateinadmissiondrives,educationfairs,school/collegevisits,andseminarstogenerateleads. Coordinatewiththemarketingteamforpromotionalactivities,campaigns,andeventstoboostadmissions.
Guidestudentsthroughdocumentation,applicationforms,entrancerequirements,andfeepaymentprocedures. LiaisewiththeTraining&PlacementandAcademicdepartmentstocommunicateaccurateprograminformationto prospectivestudents.
Handlestudentqueriesandresolveconcernstoensureapositiveadmissionexperience. Preparedaily/weekly/monthlyadmissionreportsandshareupdateswiththeAdmissionsManager.
Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithschools,coachingcenters,andeducationalconsultantsforreferrals.
RequiredSkills&Competencies
Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills(English,Hindi,and/orregionallanguageasapplicable). Stronginterpersonalandconvincing/negotiationskills. Target-drivenmindsetwiththeabilitytoworkunderpressureduringadmissionseason. GoodknowledgeofMSOffice,CRMtools,andbasicdatamanagement. Confident,presentable,andcustomer-serviceorientedapproach. Abilitytomultitaskandmanageahighvolumeofstudentinquiriesacrossdepartments. Willingnesstotravellocallyforadmissiondrivesandevents,ifrequired.
EducationalQualification Graduate/Postgraduateinanydiscipline(preferenceforcandidateswithabackgroundinEducation,Marketing,Business Administration,orCounselling). Experience Minimum3yearsofexperienceineducationcounselling,admissions,telesales,orstudentrecruitmentisrequired.
