The role requires a good knowledge of Indian payroll rules, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast‑growing, and globally distributed organization. Roles & Responsibilities: Payroll Processing • 3–5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience within India. • Manage monthly payroll for India, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Support with other APAC payrolls as required. • Validate and input payroll data including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, leave, incentives, and deductions. • Review gross‑to‑net calculations and reconcile payroll outputs. Statutory Compliance (India) • Ensure full statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and Income Tax (TDS). • Prepare and support statutory filings and ensure timely remittance of all statutory payments. • Monitor updates to payroll legislation and implement process changes as required. Vendor & Stakeholder Management • Work closely with external payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. • Provide complete and
