About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle fresh and existing leads through telephone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
2. Understand the student's education, career goals, work experience, and course requirements.
3. Counsel students for online and distance UG/PG programmes such as BBA, BCA, B.Com, MBA, MCA, and other relevant UG/PG programmes.
4. Explain and compare universities, programmes, eligibility, fees, admission process, and other relevant details.
5. Counsel students regarding programmes offered through leading universities such as NMIMS, LPU, Amity, Chandigarh University, Manipal University, and other partner universities.
6. Handle student objections related to fees, university selection, course validity, programme structure, placements, admission process, and competitors.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects and move them toward admission.
8. Coordinate with the admission/operations team until the student's admission process is successfully completed.
9. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
10. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
11. Maintain high-quality counselling while focusing strongly on conversion and closures.
