Designation – Associate Program Director (HigherEducation India) Work Location – Bangalore Work Mode – In-Office Role Overview - We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Director - Program to lead strategic initiatives with our University partners. This role is core to our mission of scaling high impact programs, driving topline growth, and positioning our partner universities as industry leaders in the online higher education space. Key Responsibilities - Drive Strategic Projects: Lead and execute high-growth initiatives in collaboration with university partners to scale programs and improve topline performance. Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate across internal teams—Sales, Marketing, Academics, Product, Operations—to align efforts and deliver on shared goals. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface with senior university stakeholders to ensure long-term alignment, trust, and success. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key business metrics to ensure initiatives are meeting defined targets and identify new opportunities for improvement.
