The resource will provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, RCA, QA validation/Unit testing, and enhancements to ensure system stability, business continuity, and smooth operations. Manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and data fixes. Monitor system health with Azure Monitoring (alerts, logs, dashboards). Develop, Support and validate APIs & integrations with Business Central and other systems. Perform QA validation/Unit Testing: sanity checks, data validation post-fix. Work closely with business and technical teams for requirement/issue understanding Automate workflows and support small enhancements via Power Automate & Power Apps. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and suggest preventive measures. Maintain documentation: Incidents, RCA reports, test results, and knowledge base articles. Preferred: ITIL-
