In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end transportation solutions for our enterprise clients. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, business stakeholders, and technical architects to translate complex logistics requirements into scalable SAP configurations. Your contributions will directly influence the efficiency of our clients' global supply chains, ensuring seamless integration between transportation planning, execution, and financial settlement processes.Key Responsibilities :- Design and configure SAP TM solutions to align with client-specific logistics requirements, ensuring optimal freight planning and execution.- Lead the integration of SAP TM with SAP S/4 HANA, EWM, and SD modules to create a unified and efficient supply chain ecosystem.- Conduct detailed business process workshops to identify operational gaps and propose effective SAP-based solutions for complex transportation challenges.- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom enhancements and interfaces, ensuring the solution meets unique business needs while maintaining system integrity.- Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices for transportation logistics, helping them maximize the return on their SAP investment.Required Skillset :- Possess 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in implementing SAP Transportation Management (TM) within complex enterprise environments.- Demonstrate deep functional knowledge of SAP SCM, SAP LE, and SAP SD, with a strong understanding of how these modules interact with SAP TM.- Exhibit proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA environments, including the ability to navigate and configure modern logistics business processes.- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both business stakeholders and technical team members to ensure project alignment.- Apply analytical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance during high-pressure project phases.- Adapt effectively to a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating the ability to collaborate seamlessly with distributed teams.- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration, complemented by a solid track record of successful SAP project delivery.
