Your Role

We are looking for a Tableau Developer / BI Support Analyst to join our in-house team and take ownership of Tableau dashboard development, enhancement, maintenance, and day-to-day support.

You will work closely with business users and the analytics team to understand reporting requirements, develop dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

Tableau Developer / BI Support Analyst Location: On-site Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 4–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Modify and enhance existing dashboards based on business requirements.
• Create calculated fields, parameters, filters, actions, sets, and LOD expressions.
• Connect Tableau with multiple data sources and support data preparation.
• Provide day-to-day support for existing Tableau dashboards.
• Troubleshoot data, refresh, performance, access, and visualization issues.
• Monitor scheduled refreshes and ensure dashboard availability.
• Write SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Work with databases such as SAP HANA, SAP B1, Oracle, and SQL .
• Validate data accuracy and investigate reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with business users and the BI/analytics team to deliver reporting solutions.
• Maintain dashboard, data source, and reporting documentation.
  

Requirements

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development or BI reporting.
• Strong experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud .
• Good knowledge of Tableau calculated fields, LODs, parameters, filters, actions, and sets.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with databases.
• Understanding of SAP data structures, particularly SAP HANA / SAP B1 , is preferred.
• Experience in dashboard troubleshooting, data validation, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

• Tableau Server/Cloud administration and user/access management.
• Tableau extracts, refresh schedules, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Excel and other BI tools.
• Exposure to Power BI, Python, ETL, or data warehousing .
