About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.2. Review and screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and role-specific criteria.
3. Conduct initial candidate interactions to understand their skills, experience, availability, and interest in the role.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
5. Maintain and regularly update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
6. Create and post job openings on relevant recruitment platforms and hiring channels.
7. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
8. Work closely with the HR team to understand hiring requirements and support recruitment targets.
9. Assist in maintaining an organized recruitment pipeline and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
10. Utilize modern recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and AI-based hiring solutions wherever required to improve the recruitment process.

7. Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS platforms is a plus.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
