Founder’s Office Internship
About the Company
Edfluence is building opportunities and solutions across education, business development, partnerships, and creator-led growth. As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will work closely with the Founder on high-priority initiatives and gain broad exposure to how an evolving organization evaluates opportunities, develops partnerships, and executes new projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and trend research to support strategic decisions.
- Identify and evaluate institutional, brand, creator, and business partnership opportunities.
- Assist with pitches, presentations, proposals, business reports, sales outreach, and partnership development.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, maintain trackers, and follow up on deliverables.
- Support operational planning, execution, and new business or intellectual property initiatives.
- Work on ad-hoc strategic assignments from the Founder and turn ambiguous questions into practical next steps.
Requirements
- Freshers and college students with relevant project experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with PowerPoint, Excel or Google Sheets, and structured information gathering.
- Commercial awareness, interest in startups, ownership, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across functions.
- This is a full-time, hybrid internship in Noida for 3 months. Responsibilities may evolve with business priorities, and continued opportunities may be considered based on performance.
