You will model agile project management processes—including ticket creation, backlog grooming, and sprint execution—while also documenting enterprise knowledge-sharing practices such as documentation structures, permissions, and collaborative updates. What You'll Do Day-to-Day: Simulate agile workflows (backlog, sprints, epics, dependencies). Document Confluence-based knowledge management (wiki structures, permissions, collaboration). Validate AI-generated project and documentation outputs for accuracy. Model advanced scenarios: escalations, release management, cross-team collaboration. Provide best practices for knowledge management and agile project execution. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on Jira experience in agile software development or project management environments. Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, with the ability to apply them flexibly to real-world scenarios.
