Skills and Competencies
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork and customer service orientation, with a proactive and responsive approach to issue identification and resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion in problem-solving and issue escalation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Apttus is strongly preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent first-level degree in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle for renewals and new business, serving as the primary point of contact for contract strategy, drafting, and execution.
- Participate in pipeline review sessions with Sales to advise on commercial approaches, set expectations, and proactively address contractual risks.
- Analyze account information, license parameters, and contract terms to support pricing proposals, cross-selling opportunities, and renewals.
- Independently draft Tier 1 sales contracts in accordance with internal policies, exercising judgment to resolve issues and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
- Maintain accurate client and transaction data across CRM and related systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout the sales cycle.
- Review and validate executed contracts to confirm policy compliance and completeness prior to order submission.
- Facilitate contract changes or adjustments requested by Sales or clients, using discretion to determine appropriate actions.Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Billing, and other stakeholders to review and align on complex contracts.
- Ensure internal and external client queries are resolved in a timely manner with a high level of satisfaction.

The Operations & Strategy team partners closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to support commercial execution and drive business growth. The team plays a critical role in ensuring contract integrity, operational excellence, and a seamless experience for both internal partners and clients across the sales lifecycle.
