As the 'Home Decor Studio Manager' at Varsaca Homes Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our home decor studio operations. Your ability to effectively communicate with clients, build strong relationships, and drive sales through e-commerce platforms like Shopify will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, your expertise in sales management and providing top-notch customer support will help to elevate our brand and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities: 1. Manage client interactions and relationships to drive sales and meet revenue targets.2. Oversee e-commerce sales through platforms like Shopify, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for customers.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
4. Provide exceptional customer support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional campaigns and drive traffic to our online store.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
7. Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Probation:

Salary during probation: ₹144,000 - 156,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,45,000 - 1,68,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 - 1,20,000 /year
