Key responsibilities:

1. Manage client interactions and relationships to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
2. Oversee e-commerce sales through platforms like Shopify, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for customers.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
4. Provide exceptional customer support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional campaigns and drive traffic to our online store.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹144,000 - 156,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,05,000 - 2,88,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,45,000 - 1,68,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 - 1,20,000 /year
