Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Operational Leadership: Provide advanced administrative support to senior professionals and engagement teams across regions. Oversee and optimize complex calendaring, scheduling, and coordination across time zones. Lead prioritization of competing requests across stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Identify, implement, and monitor process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. Serve as a point of escalation for complex administrative or operational issues. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and support junior administrative team members within the Global Delivery team. Provide guidance on best practices, workflows, and quality standards. Assist in onboarding and training new team members. Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment. Engagement & Project Oversight: Oversee work intake processes and coordinate conflict checks. Ensure accuracy and consistency of job and engagement records.
