SAP ePPDS Consultant

Job Description: Role** SAP S/4 HANA ePP/DS Subject Matter Expert Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally it should not be more than 3-5) Experience in following functions: Requirements gathering, SAP systems analysis, design, testing and implementation of SAP ePP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling). • Domain Knowledge: Manufacturing/Engineering Industry. •Relevant Experience: Minimum 3-4 Full Life Cycle Implementation and More than 12 Years •Firsthand working experience in all the Submodule of APO-PP/DS or S/4 HANA ePP/DS, which includes Master data related settings and Configurations. •Must have hand on experience on ePP/DS Master which includes Material Master Advanced Planning view, Production Data Structure (PDS), Transportation Lane, Resource and Shift maintenance etc. •Knowledge and hands on experience on ePP/DS various scheduling heuristic which includes Scheduling Sequence Heuristic, Removal of Backlog Heuristic, Reduction and Stable forward Heuristic etc. Expert in defining Detailed Scheduling board related configuration which includes Strategy Profile, Context menu tool bar, Color coding, Heuristic Profile etc. •Experience on developing custom objects, being able to design custom objects and writing the Functional Specification independently. •Hand on working experience on Detailed Scheduling optimizer setup time based on Setup group, Set Key and various other parameters, able to define all the required configuration related Optimizer in the system. •Must have strong understanding and working experience of CTO, MTO and MTS business scenarios and must have strong Integration knowledge and experience with other stream which includes PP- PP/DS, SD-PP/DS areas.
