Founding Recruiter & Client Delivery Lead Contract
Company: Hire Bellatrix
Location: Remote across India or Chandigarh/Mohali
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Working hours: EST-aligned night shift
Working days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage 4-5 international clients and 10-12 roles simultaneously
2. Communicate directly with founders, hiring managers and candidates
3. Source through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray and other channels
4. Screen candidates and prepare accurate submissions
5. Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
6. Maintain Google Sheets, ATS records, Google Docs, reports and client updates
7. Identify blockers and recommend solutions independently
8. Use AI tools intelligently while verifying every output
9. Help build our recruitment processes and manage junior recruiters as we grow

Comfortable using Google Workspace, ATS platforms, Slack, Calendly and AI tools

Able to work independently without constant supervision

Comfortable working an EST-aligned night shift

This is initially a contract position and does not include full-time employee benefits such as paid leave, PF, insurance or gratuity. Payment is based on the agreed days or hours worked, and non-working time is unpaid unless agreed otherwise.
