The Role
We're hiring a full-time, on-site Video Editor to join our creative team in Chennai. You'll edit short-form videos for personal branding campaigns, social media content, and marketing pieces built to grow audiences.
What You'll Do
Cut raw footage into polished short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Trim, sequence, and pace clips with sharp storytelling
Add transitions, sound design, and visual effects
Apply basic color correction for a clean, consistent look
Build motion graphics and text overlays that support the message
Export in the right format and ratio for each platform
Hold brand style steady across projects
Juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Pitch ideas that push content quality up
Who We're Looking For
Based in Chennai (this is a full-time, on-site role)
1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Solid understanding of short-form video trends across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Good eye for color, pacing, and small details
Open to feedback and comfortable in a fast-moving team
Diploma or degree in film, media, visual communication, or equivalent practical experience
Salary
15000 to 18,000 per month
