🚨 Immediate Hiring: Football Coach cum Academy Manager – Bengaluru (Whitefield) Company: Aleph Sports Management Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for a passionate and committed Football Coach cum Manager to join our growing sports academy team in Bengaluru (Whitefield area) . This is an immediate requirement , so candidates who can join quickly will be preferred. Role Overview This is a dual-role position combining on-field coaching and academy operations management . The ideal candidate should not only be technically strong in football coaching but also capable of overseeing day-to-day academy activities. Key Responsibilities Conduct structured football training sessions for different age groups Plan training drills, fitness routines, and match preparation Manage academy schedules, batches, and attendance Coordinate with parents, players, and internal team members Assist in organizing tournaments, events, and trials Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the academy Requirements Prior experience in football coaching (academy/club level preferred) Basic understanding of academy/event operations Strong communication and leadership skills Must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate immediately Should be commutable to Whitefield and flexible to travel to nearby locations Certifications (AIFF / equivalent) are a plus Compensation 💰 Salary: Up to Rs 25,000/month (based on experience and fit) 🎯 Performance-based incentives can be added over time based on work output and results Why Join Us?
