Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Purchase & Sales Coordinator in Chennai, Tamil Nadu . Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to coordinate purchase and sales activities, maintain accurate documentation, and support smooth communication between vendors, customers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day purchase and sales activities and maintain accurate transaction records.
  
• Process purchase orders, sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documentation.
  
• Follow up with vendors regarding material availability, pricing, order status, and delivery schedules.
  
• Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, dispatches, and delivery updates.
  
• Maintain purchase, sales, vendor, and customer records in an organized manner.
  
• Coordinate with inventory, stores, accounts, logistics, and sales teams for smooth order execution.
  
• Monitor pending orders and follow up to minimize delays.
  
• Prepare routine purchase and sales reports for management review.
  

Required Skills

1. Purchase Coordination — Ability to manage purchase orders and vendor follow-ups.
   
2. Sales Coordination — Ability to support sales orders and customer requirements.
   
3. Documentation — Accuracy in maintaining quotations, orders, invoices, and records.
   
4. MS Excel — Ability to maintain trackers, reports, and commercial data.
   
5. Vendor & Customer Coordination — Effective communication and systematic follow-up.
   

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ERP or business management software.
  
• Knowledge of inventory and dispatch coordination.
  
• Basic understanding of commercial documentation and billing processes.
