About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recording all the financial data, i.e., income and expenses, and various accounting entries using Zoho Books2. Generating various financial reports, such as balance sheets, profits, and losses, on a timely basis
3. Generating income-related invoices and updating them in the CRM portal and Zoho Books
4. Preparing GST report and filing the same every month, preparing TDS report, and filing the same every quarter
5. Generating Form 16 on a timely basis
6. Handling various payroll activities such as calculation of the salary, incentives, and generating payslips
7. Following up with the clients regarding the financial data and accounts receivable
8. Handling reconciliation of business data every month
