Inside Sales & Back Office Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, addressing customer inquiries and promoting products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist with back-office operations, including data entry, document processing, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role (0-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM/Tally software is an advantage.
