Please Note to Applicants: Please only apply if you genuinely want to learn through real-world cases and are prepared to go beyond your limits. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is ready to hustle, experiment, and grow rapidly alongside our team.
Are you ready to build something from the ground up? We are looking for a passionate and driven UI/UX Design Intern to join our founding team. In this role, you will not be making minor tweaks to an existing platform—you will be spearheading the Research & Development (R&D) and designing a brand-new tech product entirely from scratch.
Responsibility:
- End-to-End Design: Lead the UI/UX design process for a new mobile app or web applications, starting from day-zero ideation to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Research & Development: Conduct user research, analyze real-world problems, and translate those insights into intuitive app workflows.
- Direct Collaboration: Work daily and directly with the founding team to align the product’s visual identity and user experience with our core vision.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for both iOS and Android platforms.
Qualifications:
- The Right Mindset: You possess a relentless hunger to learn through real-world business cases.
- Core Tool Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Figma (our primary tool for UI design, prototyping, responsive web design, and developer handoff).
- Platform Knowledge: A basic understanding of responsive web design, Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines (iOS), and Google’s Material Design (Android).
- Asset Creation: Experience using Adobe Illustrator or similar tools to create custom vector illustrations, icons, and graphics that scale perfectly across desktop and mobile screens.
- Bonus Skills (Animation): Familiarity with Lottie and Adobe After Effects to create lightweight, engaging animations for our app onboarding and web interactions is a massive advantage.
- Portfolio: A portfolio, case study, or collection of concepts that demonstrates your creativity and design thinking (it doesn't have to be perfect; we are looking for potential and passion).
What you will get;
- Direct Mentorship: Unprecedented access to work directly alongside the founders, gaining insight into how a tech startup is built.
- Real Impact: The rare opportunity to design a product completely from scratch and see your work come to life in a real-world app.
- Letter of Appreciation (LOA): A detailed Letter of Recommendation/Appreciation upon successful completion of the 3-month internship.
- Portfolio Building: A massive, real-world project to anchor your design portfolio.
- Stipend / Paid Internship: This is a paid role. The stipend amount will be finalized based on your skillset, portfolio, and performance during the screening process.
If you have the passion, grit, and skill to build the App or Web App with us, please share your resume and a link to your Portfolio/Case Studies via email or WhatsApp:
