RiDiK - Operations Specialist - Digital Platform Support

We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise digital platforms and internal business applications. The role will involve coordinating with business stakeholders, managing content and operational processes, monitoring platform performance, resolving issues, and supporting enhancements to ensure smooth and efficient operations.The ideal candidate should have experience working with intranet, corporate portals, digital platforms, content management systems, or similar enterprise applications, along with strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities :- Manage day-to-day operations of corporate intranet, internal websites, portals, and digital platforms.- Coordinate and execute operational activities including content updates, publishing, access requests, page maintenance, document management, and other platform-related activities.- Ensure content and platform information is accurate, current, consistent, and compliant with defined standards.- Monitor platform performance, usage, user engagement, and operational metrics and prepare regular reports and dashboards.- Analyze operational data and user feedback to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.- Work closely with business stakeholders, content owners, UX teams, IT, and development teams to gather requirements and coordinate platform enhancements.- Monitor and resolve operational, content, access, usability, and platform-related issues, coordinating with technical teams where required.- Track incidents, service requests, action items, and issues through to resolution within agreed timelines.- Support application enhancements, testing, releases, and ongoing platform maintenance activities.- Perform quality checks on content, pages, links, layouts, navigation, and overall platform usability.- Maintain operational procedures, process documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.- Support governance processes related to content quality, data integrity, access management, and platform compliance.- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process standardization, automation, and workflow improvements.- Support user adoption by coordinating communications, training materials, FAQs, and knowledge resources where required.- Use tools such as HTML, CSS, Figma, Photoshop, CMS platforms, and web analytics tools as part of day-to-day operational activities.- Stay informed about relevant digital platform, CMS, analytics, and web technology developments and recommend improvements where appropriate.Required Skills & Experience :- 6 to 8 years of experience in operations, digital platform support, intranet management, web operations, CMS administration, corporate portal support, or a related field.- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise digital platforms, intranets, websites, or corporate portals.- Experience managing content publishing, platform operations, user requests, and ongoing maintenance activities.- Good understanding of HTML and CSS and basic knowledge of JavaScript or modern web technologies.- Working knowledge of web analytics, user engagement metrics, and operational reporting.- Exposure to content management systems and digital experience platforms.- Familiarity with Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools is preferred.- Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, IT, UX, communications, and development.- Strong issue tracking, troubleshooting, coordination, and follow-up skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.- Good understanding of process documentation, governance, and operational controls.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
