Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Journalism, Liberal Arts, Communications, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in the news industry or advertising. 3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, operations, analytics, audience, product, or project management. Preferred Qualifications Newsroom experience, particularly with a focus on breaking news. Understanding of subscription revenue, nonprofit donations, audience development, ad revenue, and trends in business performance. Experience in teaching, public speaking or mentoring journalists. Excellent strategic, problem-solving, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
