You’ll work closely with our creative, marketing, and design teams to deliver high-quality motion graphics, visual effects, and 3D product visualizations that resonate with our audience.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re not just a designer—you’re a visual storyteller with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of 3D design and animation. With 2+ years of experience in 3D modeling, motion graphics, and video editing, you know how to bring concepts to life with creativity and precision. You’re proficient in Blender and Cinema 4D , and have a strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and animation.

A degree in design, media, or a related field has given you a solid foundation in graphic design principles, and now you’re eager to bring your skills to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’re organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. Above all, you’re constantly looking for ways to improve processes, automate repetitive tasks, and create efficient workflows in 3D design.

YOUR TEAM

You’ll report directly to the Creative Director and work out of our Head Office in Mumbai, collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and the creative team to align on brand aesthetics. Your role will require frequent collaboration across departments to ensure that the visuals you create not only look stunning but also meet the operational and marketing needs of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 3D Visualization & Design : Create high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting setups, and renders for product visuals, promotional materials, and immersive environments.
  
• Motion Graphics & Animation : Develop animated content, visual effects, and motion graphics for promotional, branding, and marketing projects, including ads and social media content.
  
• Video Editing : Use Premiere Pro and After Effects to edit and enhance video footage, integrating animations, transitions, and motion graphics to create compelling visual narratives.
  
• Creative Concepting : Work closely with the creative team to transform concepts into realistic 3D visualizations, building scenes that align with the brand’s storytelling and identity.
  
• Asset Optimization : Optimize 3D models and motion graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, and digital presentations.
  
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Partner with the marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure your work aligns with brand goals and creative vision.
  
• Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve design workflows, incorporating new tools, AI technologies, and automation to enhance efficiency and creativity.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience : 2+ years of experience in 3D modeling, animation, and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  
• Education : Degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
  
• Skills :
  
• Expertise in Blender & Cinema 4D for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
  
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team in a fast-paced environment.
  
• A keen eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling.
  
• Understanding of AI tools to enhance 3D workflows and improve content creation processes.
  
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
