Data & Analytics Team Lead (GCP)

KPI Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead for our GCP (Data & Analytics) team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics and cloud computing, specifically within the Google Cloud Platform environment. Role: Lead -GCP (Data & Analytics) Location: Hybrid- Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune Experience: 8+ yrs Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of data professionals in the design, implementation, and optimization of data solutions on GCP. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. Oversee data architecture and ensure best practices in data modeling and management. Ensure the team's adherence to project timelines and quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members in GCP technologies. Monitor project progress and deliver regular updates to management on project status, risks, and performance. Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies that can enhance our data and analytics capabilities. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 12 years of experience in data analytics, cloud computing, and team leadership. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services related to data storage, processing, and analytics. Proven ability to lead a diverse team and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A strong problem solver with the ability to think critically and strategically.
